WEB-M (Whole Enterprise Business Management LLC) is seeking independent Sales Contractors to support client acquisition for our digital and creative services. Since 2023, WEB-M has partnered with businesses and organizations that value structure, clarity, and ethical growth.

This role is ideal for professionals who are confident communicators, comfortable explaining service-based offerings, and skilled at guiding prospects from inquiry to commitment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads and qualified outbound prospects
• Clearly explain WEB-M service offerings, packages, timelines, and expectations
• Qualify prospects to ensure strong service alignment
• Guide clients through booking, invoicing, or onboarding
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up records
• Coordinate clean handoffs to delivery and project teams

Tools & Systems You’ll Use

• CRM platforms for lead tracking and follow-up
• Email and calendar tools (Google Workspace preferred)
• Stripe, PayPal, or invoicing/payment platforms
• Sales scripts, service menus, and pricing documentation
• Airtable or similar systems for pipeline tracking
• Video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet)

Experience & Skills

• Experience selling digital services, creative services, or agency offerings preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Consultative sales approach with ethical practices
• Ability to work independently while following structured processes
• Comfortable working remotely with performance-based expectations

Engagement & Compensation

• 1099 independent contractor role
• Commission-based or hybrid compensation depending on experience
• Flexible schedule with defined performance goals
• Remote-first with optional hybrid collaboration if local
