WEB-M is seeking skilled Freelance Graphic Designers to support ongoing client projects across branding, marketing, editorial, and print design. Our work spans small businesses, organizations, and community-driven initiatives that value thoughtful design and consistency over trend-chasing.

This role is well-suited for designers who are visually strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within brand systems while delivering production-ready assets on deadline.

What You’ll Do

Designers may work on flyers, posters, ebooks, brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and digital marketing materials. Projects range from single assets to multi-piece campaigns. You’ll receive clear scopes, timelines, and brand guidelines before work begins.

Tools & Experience

Designers should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, or similar tools. Experience preparing files for print and digital delivery is required. Familiarity with Figma, brand systems, and editorial layout is a plus.

Engagement & Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, paid per project or on retainer depending on workload. Work is remote-first, with optional hybrid collaboration if local. Flexible scheduling is supported, with an emphasis on accountability and deadline adherence.

WEB-M (Whole Enterprise Business Management LLC) is seeking independent Sales Contractors to support client acquisition for our digital and creative services. Since 2023, WEB-M has partnered with businesses and organizations that value structure, clarity, and ethical growth.

This role is ideal for professionals who are confident communicators, comfortable explaining service-based offerings, and skilled at guiding prospects from inquiry to commitment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads and qualified outbound prospects
• Clearly explain WEB-M service offerings, packages, timelines, and expectations
• Qualify prospects to ensure strong service alignment
• Guide clients through booking, invoicing, or onboarding
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up records
• Coordinate clean handoffs to delivery and project teams

Tools & Systems You’ll Use

• CRM platforms for lead tracking and follow-up
• Email and calendar tools (Google Workspace preferred)
• Stripe, PayPal, or invoicing/payment platforms
• Sales scripts, service menus, and pricing documentation
• Airtable or similar systems for pipeline tracking
• Video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet)

Experience & Skills

• Experience selling digital services, creative services, or agency offerings preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Consultative sales approach with ethical practices
• Ability to work independently while following structured processes
• Comfortable working remotely with performance-based expectations

Build and support websites across WordPress, Shopify, and proprietary platforms. Projects include 3–10 page informational sites, landing pages, and occasional ecommerce builds. Strong layout, responsive design, and CMS experience required.

Sales & Client Acquisition Contractors
Support lead qualification, service explanations, follow-up, and client onboarding. Ideal for professionals with experience selling digital services, creative work, or agency offerings.
